This setting is available if your selected Value Type
is Percentile. Enter a percent value (0-100) which will be used to
determine the placement of the threshold line (for line thresholds) or the
starting point (for area thresholds).
The threshold will be placed at a coordinate which includes
x% of all data points on the axis. For example, if you enter 30%, then 30% of
data points will be located before the threshold and 70% after.
