Drill Down Map PRO requires location data to create a visual. Click each field name below to learn more.
Required fields
- Latitude: defines the vertical geographic coordinates for each data point.
- Longitude: defines the horizontal geographic coordinates for each data point.
Both fields are mandatory and required for the visual to render.
Optional fields
The following fields can be used to enrich data points and customize their appearance:
- Name: overrides the default node name with a custom label.*
- Value: defines a numeric value for each node. If not provided, all nodes default to 1.
- Reference Value: used in Conditional Formattingto compare each node against its own reference value.
- Radius/Size: sets a custom node size in pixels.
- Node Reach Radius: defines the radius of the area drawn around the node.
- Color: applies a custom color to each node.*
- Image: displays an image inside the node.
- Shape: defines a custom shape for each node.*
- Category: assigns nodes to categories and enables features such as Pie Chart On Nodes feature.
- Aura: assigns nodes to aura groups. Nodes with matching aura IDs are highlighted together.*
- Label: defines text labels displayed on nodes.
- Node Tooltips: adds additional data to node tooltips.
- Shape Tooltips: adds additional data to shape tooltips (shown on right-click).
*If Cluster Nodes is enabled, global node settings override individual node properties (name, color, shape, and aura). However, once the user exceeds your selected Max Clustering Zoom Level, clusters will expand into individual nodes that will display their own customization settings.
