Toolbar items for the visuals are responsive and based on available space they will either show or hide their names.

You can override this behavior by enabling “Hide Toolbar Labels”
Modified experience when “Hide Toolbar Labels” has been enabled. Even though there is enough horizontal space to show all the item labels, only the icons are shown.
