This setting determines the vertical label position in
relation to the threshold line or area.
- For X-Axis Thresholds: Top will anchor the label at the top edge of chart area, Bottom – at the bottom edge.
- For Y-Axis Thresholds: Top will place the label above the threshold line, Bottom will place it below.
