An interactive Power BI project management report designed to help PMO leaders monitor portfolio health, analyze delivery performance, and make data-driven decisions on which projects to accelerate, recover, pause, or terminate. Track schedule performance (SPI), cost performance (CPI), forecast budget overruns, resource capacity gaps, risk exposure, and benefit realization. Explore project delivery trends over time, identify underperforming programmes, and uncover hidden risks affecting portfolio value and operational efficiency.
The three-page Power BI report covers Portfolio Health, Drivers and Risk, and a strategic Decision Board. Interactive ZoomCharts Drill Down PRO visuals allow users to explore schedule and cost performance from year to quarter to month, analyze forecast overruns from business units to individual projects, and compare delivery efficiency across strategic themes and methodologies. The report also highlights overdue risk mitigation actions, projects with unrealized benefits, and initiatives requiring additional resources. A project-level decision matrix combines health scores, benefit-to-cost ratios, capacity constraints, and strategic priorities to support actionable recovery plans and smarter portfolio management.
Built with Power BI and ZoomCharts Drill Down Combo PRO and Donut PRO visuals as part of the FP20 Analytics & ZoomCharts Challenge 41, focused on PMO Project Portfolio Data Analysis and Visualization.
