Created for the ZoomCharts 4U Report Challenge July 2026, this Power BI dashboard uses the HR workforce planning dataset to connect performance reviews, engagement, absence, compensation, retention, and attrition analysis.

This interactive HR Workforce Analytics report is organized into three pages: Executive Workforce Pulse, Attrition & Retention Drivers, and Workforce Planning & Recruitment. It enables HR leaders to monitor workforce health, analyze attrition trends, compare actual staffing and salary costs against workforce plans, and evaluate recruitment performance. Built on a semantic HR data model with advanced DAX measures, the report combines ZoomCharts custom visuals and Deneb to deliver rich drill-down analysis, custom visualizations, and actionable workforce insights. Together, the dashboards help organizations identify staffing gaps, retention risks, and hiring priorities to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
