Developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze 9,994 patient visits across 11 hospitals, focusing on patient flow efficiency, operational performance, workforce wellbeing, and clinical outcomes. The solution combines advanced DAX measures, KPI monitoring, patient journey analysis, hospital benchmarking, and risk classification to identify bottlenecks, improve resource utilization, and support data-driven healthcare decisions. Key insights include demand pressure trends, treatment delays, readmission risks, staff burnout, operational efficiency, and patient outcome performance through a consulting style executive reporting experience.
