Code Blue is an interactive Power BI dashboard that analyzes emergency operations and patient flow across a network of 11 UK hospitals. The report combines patient demand, treatment flow, hospital performance, workforce capacity, and financial metrics to provide a comprehensive view of emergency care. Organized into three analytical pages, it guides users from an executive overview to operational and financial performance, with interactive ZoomCharts drill-downs enabling exploration from network-level trends to individual hospitals and departments. Designed for healthcare leaders, the dashboard supports data-driven decisions to improve patient flow, operational efficiency, and resource planning.
