Organized into three analytical pages, it guides users from an executive overview to operational and financial performance, with interactive ZoomCharts drill-downs enabling exploration from network-level trends to individual hospitals and departments. Designed for healthcare leaders, the dashboard supports data-driven decisions to improve patient flow, operational efficiency, and resource planning.
