This Power BI report uses the Fitness Membership Dataset and features ZoomCharts Drill Down PRO custom visuals for Power BI. It was submitted to the Onyx Data DataDNA ZoomCharts Mini Challenge in August 2025.

Author's Description:

For the Onyx Data Fitness Membership Challenge, I analyzed member demographics, sales, and churn risks. The findings showed that males and the 21–30 age group dominate memberships, with Premium plans leading and gym visits peaking late morning and mid-afternoon. Sales declined sharply from 2023 to 2025, while churn reached 515 members, with Standard plans most affected. To address this, I proposed strategies such as early renewal reminders, personalized onboarding, and stronger member engagement.
