These dashboards provide a clear view of Nova Bank’s loan portfolio and borrower risk. The first dashboard, Borrower Risk Overview, helps identify which types of borrowers are more likely to default by examining factors such as loan grade, loan purpose, employment type, and home ownership. It also highlights key borrower demographics, income, and loan amounts, giving a complete picture of who is high risk. The second dashboard, Portfolio Risk & Exposure, focuses on the bank’s overall loan exposure, showing trends over time, high-risk vs low-risk borrower segments, and early warning signals such as debt-to-income ratios, credit history, and loan-to-income levels. Together, these dashboards allow the bank to make smarter lending decisions, manage risk effectively, and act proactively to reduce potential losses.
